Through a special arrangement with aNeed2Heal Bodywork Centers:
Non-invasive Prostate Massage
(that means that no one is going to put their finger in you-know-where to massage your prostate)

Now just why would I want my prostate massaged?
Have to go?
Have to go urgently?
Have to go frequently?
Tired of multiple trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night?
Ready for a good nights sleep without needing to get up and go?
Have to really go badly, but have difficulty emptying your bladder?

If you are a man over the age of 50, there's a good chance you experience some of these symptoms of Benign Prostate Hypertrophy (also known as Benign Prostate Enlargement).

The prostate gland sits behind the bladder and surrounds the urinary duct (the urethra).
As most men age, the prostate enlarges and squeezes the urethra making it difficult to completely empty the bladder. It may be difficult to start urination and have the feeling of incomplete urination. Your urinary stream is so diminished that sometimes you just dribble.
And you need to go again in just minutes. Some men also experience symptoms of erectile disfunction. If you have a family history of BEH, you have an increased risk of BEH. And if you have diabetes, any urinary tract symptoms are likely to be worse.

So what are your options?

1. Deal with it! Be a man about it! Get up and go and then go again and again and again...
every night for the rest of your life.

2. Try to finesse the situation by changing your behavior. Drink nothing for hours before you go to bed or go for an extended car ride or take a commercial flight or have an important meeting... and hope that you don't have to go.
And don't take any cold and allergy medications that contain decongestants such as pseudoephedrine (Sudafed)

3. Prescription medications... iffy at best. Expensive and potentially life or health-threatening. Plus, if you take other medications, prostate medications often have adverse interactions with other medications.

4. Herbal and OTC medications... also iffy. Sometimes expensive and sometimes not very effective. And sometimes have adverse interactions with other medications as well.

5. Surgical procedures, both invasive and non-invasive can cause more problems than you started with including infections, retrograde ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence.
Procedures include removal of parts of the enlarged tissue, slitting part of the prostate, microwave thermotherapy, laser surgery and radio ablative therapy. Expensive, dangerous and uncomfortable plus you are out-of-commission for some time.

6. Non-invasive prostate massage can reduce the swelling of the prostate and allow free passage of urine from the bladder, eliminating or lessening frequent night-time trips to the bathroom. Without pills, without surgery, without embarrassment.

My Story:
I am a 70 years old man and I live in the Yucatan of Mexico. I have, for over ten years, experienced almost all of the symptoms of BEH. When it got to the point that I could not take a 10 minute car ride (right after a trip to the bathroom) without feeling the urgent need to empty my bladder, I finally consulted my physician in the USA. He explained to me how common the condition was, not to let it concern me too much and to start taking prescription medication on a daily basis. Over the years, he has changed my prescription a few times. I tried saw palmetto caps, but they didn't seem to help much, if at all. The past few years I have been taking 10MG per day of Uroxatral. It helped with the symptoms of urgent need to urinate during the day time, but I still was getting out of bed and going to the bathroom at night... three, four, five times or more every night. The cost of Uroxatral became an issue as well. The pharmacy price was $4.12 per pill! That was every day... for the rest of my life. When I purchased a prescription plan, Uroxatral was not one of the medications completely covered; so with my co-pay, I still was paying $3.04 per day for the one pill. You do the math! That adds up to a lot of money over the year. But what tipped the scale was when I downloaded the new Medscape Drug Interaction App (from WebMD.com) for my iPhone. Since it was a free app, I downloaded it almost as a lark and inputted all the medications I was taking. And, BANG, there was Uroxatral adversely interacting with a number of medications that I was taking. One interaction was mild, one serious and one, potentially life-threatening. Time to look for some alternatives.

And time to start practicing what I preached. I am a licensed massage therapist in the USA and am nationally certified by the NCBTMB, that's the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I have been learning Mayan Abdominal Massage for the past 5 years, little by little. First from a licensed massage therapist in the US and then from a number of local Mayan women in the Yucatan. The Mayan women who taught me the techniques also use a similar massage for females to help with both fertility and birthing issues. I use Mayan Abdominal Massage with female clients who complain of painful menses. But I had also learned the same technique was used for male clients with prostate problems. When I started to put two and two together, I called upon a couple of my Mayan Massage teachers to see what they might have to say about male prostate problems and non-invasive abdominal massage. The first one told me, flat-out, that she could cure the problem in just three massage sessions, each two weeks apart.

So I began treatment. At the time, I was getting up at night somewhere between three and five times every night. Within two days after I received my first Mayan Abdominal Massage for Prostate, I was getting up just twice a night. And by the end of the fourth night, only once. Over the course of the next two weeks, I was up once a night or not at all! And when I did have to get up, it was at 5:00AM and not in the middle of the night. After two weeks, another Mayan Abdominal Massage for Prostate; at the end of the second two-week period, I received the final massage treatment. And I get up once a night or not at all. I sleep soundly and deeply. And I feel great.

"OK," I asked my Mayan therapist, "how can we deliver this treatment to someone who cannot be around here for 15 days to receive the full treatments?" "Easy," she responded, "we'll do a five day program with an intense Mayan Abdominal Massage for Prostate on the first, third and fifth days.
On the second and the fourth days, our clients will receive a relaxing full-body massage to help them integrate the prostate massage."

Change Your Life in Seven Days!

My offer to you and your wife (or your special friend): A wonderful, roomy suite at Casa Hamaca Guesthouse in Valladolid, Yucatan, Mexico. Every morning for five days you will be massaged. You will receive five massage treatments in total: three non-invasive prostate therapies and every other day relaxation massages (a total of two) that will help your body process the prostate therapy. Your wife (or friend) can observe and learn how to provide therapeutic prostate massage. He/she can also enjoy up to five non-therapeutic massage treatments at no additional cost but with advance reservations.

Each morning after your massage, the two of you will be served a delicious, nutritious and healthy breakfast that will include natural, prostate-healthy Mayan foods. Then you are free the rest of the day to explore the historic city of Valladolid, the surrounding Mayan ruins and living Mayan villages or Yucatan natural history including cenotes, jungles and the Gulf of Mexico and/or the Caribean. Shop. Or just relax by the pool. You are free to have lunch or supper at any of the numerous restaurants in the area. While undergoing prostate therapy we suggest that you limit coffee and other caffinated beverages to the morning hours and that you refrain from alcoholic beverages entirely.

Plan on being in bed by 10:00 PM for a good nights sleep. Start keeping track of how frequently you get up during the night to go to the bathroom and see for yourself the changes in just a few days. And, since your wife or friend stays free with you, see if other parts of your after--dark life improves as well. For many people, a healthier prostate means greater interest in intimacy and better performance in bed.
